TWISTING & CABLING
Oerlikon Saurer Volkmann
To get a Heatset yarn BCF yarn from extruder must be twisted around the axis.
The Volkmann CarpetTwister and CarpetCabler machines enable two different twisting processes: two-for-one twisting and direct cabling. The machine can produce right-twisted (S) and left-twisted (Z) yarn.

THERMO-FIXATION
Power-Heat-Set GVA 5009 Eco
Power-heat-set machine is used for continuous heat-setting of twisted or cabled synthetic yarns. This process heat-sets the twist in the yarn and bulks it at the same time.
