PP BCF yarn is produced on a modern Oerlikon Neumag S+ BCF machine, based on spinning, drawing, texturizing and winding.

Stage 02 — Twisting & Cabling

Oerlikon Saurer Volkmann

BCF yarn from the extruder is twisted around its axis. The Volkmann CarpetTwister and CarpetCabler enable two-for-one twisting and direct cabling — producing S- and Z-twisted yarn.
