Three families of PP yarn — extruded, twisted and thermofixed — produced to your titer, twist and colour.
Bulk Continuous Filament. PP granulate is melted, mixed with colorant (masterbatch) and extruded into a single, bi- or tri-colour fibre — with up to 360 filaments.
PP heatset yarns — single or double — upgraded with a 'false' twist, adding texture and a distinctive crimped character.
Feed yarns upgraded by twisting (single) or cabling and twisting (double), then stabilised through thermofixation — 'straight' heatsetting that locks in twist and bulk.
Every batch is produced in-house and inspected by skilled operators and controllers — so the yarn you receive stays consistent, batch after batch.
Extrusion, twisting and heat-setting all under one roof.
Solution-dyed PP keeps colours consistent across batches.
Produced to your titer, twist, ply and colour.
A small team that knows your order and picks up the phone.
The same PP yarn families serve a wide range of demanding applications.
Wall-to-wall carpet, rugs and automotive flooring.
FIBC big bags, woven sacks and strapping tape.
Ground stabilisation, filters and agro-textiles.
Lightweight, water-repellent ropes and nets.
Polypropylene yarn, often called PP yarn, is one of the most widely used synthetic fibres in textiles and industry. It is lightweight, durable, recyclable and known for excellent moisture resistance — commonly used in carpets, packaging (big bags, woven sacks), geotextiles, ropes and many technical fabrics.
PP yarn combines several advantages:
We have produced polypropylene yarns since 1994, starting in Belgium. From our base in Moldova we supply customers across Europe with high-quality PP yarns — combining decades of expertise, a flexible boutique approach, in-house extrusion, twisting and heat-set capacity, fast deliveries and competitive pricing.
