Carpet is where our three yarn families were born. Loop pile, cut pile or textured frieze — each construction asks for a different yarn, and we produce all of them under one roof.
PP BCF is the extruded pile yarn — trilobal, bulked, in mono, bi- or tri-colour. PP heat-set yarn adds twist and body for cut pile that keeps its definition. PP frisée (frieze) yarn brings the crimped, curly character of casual, high-traffic styles.

Different construction in mind? Send us your titer, twist and colour — we adapt.
It depends on the construction. PP BCF works as pile yarn for loop-pile carpet and as feed yarn for further processing. For cut pile with more body and twist definition, heat-set yarn is the usual choice. For textured, casual styles with a curly character — frieze carpet — frisée (frieze) yarn is used. We produce all three families and help match the yarn to the construction.
PP BCF from 1000 to 3600 dtex with 120–360 trilobal filaments in mono, bi- or tri-colour; heat-set and frisée yarns in single or 2-ply, S or Z twist, 40–200 TPM. All yarns are solution-dyed and produced to your titer, twist, ply and colour.
Yes. Polypropylene is hydrophobic and solution-dyed, so it does not absorb water-based spills and keeps its colour. That makes PP carpet yarn a practical choice for residential carpet, rugs and contract flooring — and it is also hygienic and hypoallergenic.
